One link is  a non for profit making organisation, dedicated to working with children, families  marginalized groups and communities in Rusinga Island to reach full potential by addressing the causes of poverty and injustice low level of education inequity facing gender. 
We partner and work with volunteers, the Government, sponsors, donors and cooperates to realize our goal, Our Vision is to:  Building resource centre for Brighter empowered,transformed generation.

Through our strategy, we envision community development through networking . To this end we work with, volunteers, donors, partners to improve livelihoods and resilience, education & skill development, health, nutrition  capacity and HIV/Aids,  and access to information and quality research based programme through resource centre, for children and their families. Through our advocacy work   net work  to reach decision-makers, who have power to change unjust policies and practices within the society.  `
One link  has a vast program the community of rusinga, with Team leader- long-term development programs. 
we  serves  and work  with all people regardless of religion, race, ethnicity or gender ,social and economic background.

HOW WE WORK

we work with the people with the good will who are enthusiastic  to help others always, Volunteers and return volunteers who are willing through the spirit of de-corps to be one link ambassadors and love for team work, this course needs many who are dedicated and we need more ambassadors to join.
